Nahid has obtained her (Hons) degree from university of London in 2011, and undertook a mini-pupillage at Dr. Kamal Hossain & Associates where she was engaged in various research works. upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Nahid worked as a Counsel where she conducted various legal researches, compilation of reports, dealt with various companies, aviation and divorce matters and drafted plaints and contracts from time to time. She was also a part of Law of Women Foundation where she was involved in social work, ensuring good governance, ease of access to legal help for women empowerment

At Old Bailey Chambers, Nahid is regularly involved in drafting and vetting complex License Agreements, Trust Deeds and contracts of various nature, i.e. supply and delivery, e-commerce, entertainment, endorsement, and tri-partite consortium contracts. Nahid has extensively worked on drafting and preparing applications for Copyright, Trademark and Design registration. She regularly advises clients on business incorporation, RISC compliance, and other similar matters, and also assists the Chambers in preparing plaints, i.e. Writ petition, Civil Petitions, etc. Nahid has undertaken training on VAT and TAX matters and on establishment of Technology and Innovation Support Center conducted by World intellectual property Organization (WIPO).
